The hero’s journey is a one day psycho-spiritual workshop to facilitate a connection with deeper aspects of the Self through earth based ceremony and ground activities with horses. Horses are dynamic and impressive beings and engage people in powerful ways, providing rich metaphors related to other areas of life. Participants will gain an understanding of their own life stories through the myth of the hero’s journey looking at potential psychological influences while considering aspects of the orphan, wanderer, warrior, martyr and magician. Synchronicity (meaningful coincidence) and archetypes as psycho-spiritual energy will be explored. The fee is $165 and lunch is included. Reservations are required. No horse experience needed. All activities are unmounted.
